The Story of Plug Power – Amazon’s Fuel-Cell Supplier – Explains This Crazy Market at Wall Street Journal. “In return for spending $600 million on fuel cells and other kit to meet pandemic demand, (Amazon) gained the right to buy Plug Power shares for approximately $900 million less than they were worth when vested.
