Target opening store at the Cross County Center in Yonkers, where it has signed a lease for 130K square feet, taking the bulk of the 200K square feet left behind by Sears at NY Post. “The 40-year Target lease brings the occupancy rate of the 1.15 million-square-foot open-air shopping complex to 97 percent. Amazon’s turnover rate amid pandemic is at least double the average for retail and warehousing industries at Seattle Times. “Steve Banker, vice president of supply chain management at consulting firm ARC Advisory Group, said a turnover rate of 100% is “very, very high” in the industry.
