Proposed $19 million data breach settlement between Target and MasterCard is voided by Kavita Kumar at Star-Tribune. “The setback for Target and MasterCard was met with cheers by the lead plaintiffs’ attorneys in a federal lawsuit against Target brought by smaller banks who have denounced the proposed settlement as too little relief. France is making it illegal for supermarkets to throw away edible food by Roberto A.
